Mediflow is the only cervical pillow with peer-reviewed, published support of effectiveness. For health and hygenic reasons pillows are not returnable once used.

 get the amoount of water correct., 2008-07-01
This pillow is great, but you have to adjust the water level to get the correct heigth that works for you. I have sleapt on one for 4 years sisnce hurting my neck with a Temperpedic pillow that was too large. If you get one, try it with differnt levels of water. It takes a couple of trys to get it right, but once you do you are set for years of comfortable sleep, on your side or on your back.

An answer to back and neck pain problems!, 2007-12-18
After years of suffering with back pain due to a bad disc and neck problems I had given up on traditional pillows.
This pillow has eliminated a good 80% of my neck and back pain while sleeping and I am finally able to sleep through the night without pain waking me up.
My only word of warning, take a few days to really dial in the water level for the correct amount of support. The small amount of effort will really pay off in the long run. 95oz of water was the right number for me!
